Scott and his wife Susan are the founders of Qashar Ministries. Growing up in a Conservative Jewish home, Scott came to faith in Jesus during the Jesus Movement of the late 1960s and early 1970s.

A former biker and tough guy with a drug and alcohol problem, Scott was completely transformed by the love of Jesus on New Years Eve 1972.

Ever since that day, Scott’s mission is to introduce as many people as possible to this Jesus! For over 45 years, he and Susan have shared Jesus with thousands of people around the U.S., Canada and in Israel.

For the last 23 years, Scott and Susan have focused their ministry on reaching the Jewish people with this Good News of Messiah!

Josh first started working with Qashar Ministries as a volunteer during the pandemic, working on projects behind the scenes. He transition full-time with Qashar in the spring of 2023, bringing 23 years of ministry experience.

In 2018, Josh had the privilege of leading a group from his church on a tour of Israel. This trip had a profound and unexpected impact on his life. While having lunch in Jerusalem with his father and a friend, God planted the seed in his heart for the work he does today.

Josh and his family recently relocated to Central Kentucky, where they previously served in ministry. They enjoy the slower pace of life and the beautiful landscape of the Kentucky Bluegrass.
